To ensure the highest levels of satisfaction for its customers, Sofath has created a range of water heaters that function using heat pumps. They are easy to install, ergonomical and economical.
Technical description
This option makes it possible to couple hot-water production with a Sofath heating installation, and therefore make considerable savings.
As long as the heat pump works in winter or in summer ( cooling option ), hot water is produced for free by the home's heat pump, which is coupled to the water-heater tank.
When the heat pump is switched off in spring and autumn, the system , complemented by an electrical resistance which heats the domestic hot water , operates as a conventional water heater, producing water at temperatures of up to 60°C.
